The 2nd Annual General Meeting of Eastern Africa Association of Anti-corruption Authorities was held on 18th-19th September 2008 at Novotel Hotel in Kigali Rwanda. The meeting was chaired by the President Dr.Edward G.Hoseah.

At this meeting , the heads of the Anti-Corruption Authorities presented institution reports briefing on their mandate, powers, functions, structure, achievements and challenges.
