The Eastern Africa Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities (EAAACA)  convened in Kampala between 18th and 22nd November 2019, to have its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the 20th Executive Committee Meeting (EXCOM). Alongside EAAACA, the Asset Recovery Network for Eastern Africa (ARIN-EA) condcuted its 5th AGM, EXCOM and a Joint ARIN-EA West Balkans Meeting during the same period.

The participants of the one week activity included: EAAACA Participants, ARIN-EA Members, Asset Recovery Network for Southern Africa (ARINSA), Asset Recovery Network for Western Africa (ARINWA), Camden Asset Recovery Inter-Agency Network (CARIN) and West Balkans.
