Minutes of the 7th Annual General Meeting of the Eastern Africa Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities held on 4th and 5th November  2013 at Des Mille Collines, Kigali Rwanda.

The theme of the meeting was " Strengthening regional cooperation against corruption in East Africa"

The meeting was officially opened by Mrs.Tugireyevu Venantie, minister in the presidents office.
