Communique of the 12th Annual General Meeting of the Eastern Africa Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities.

The heads and representatives of the member institutions of EAAACA, held the 12th AGM from 21-22nd November in Kigali Rwanda in accordance with Article 9 [5](a) which states that the meeting shall be held once every year.

The theme of the General Meeting was: "Winning the fight Against Corruption in Eastern Africa: Lessons and Challenges
